Refund Policy

1. Eligibility & Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all Services purchased on www.madaboutwellness.co. Refunds are issued only as specified below, unless otherwise stated.
2. Standard Refund Conditions
Non-Refundable Services: Clearly marked at the time of purchase (e.g., special promotions) .
General Services: Eligible for refund if cancelled in accordance with the Service Provider’s policy.
3. Timeframe
Unless specified otherwise, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase . Beyond this window, refunds are not processed.
4. Process
  • Submit refund request via care@madaboutwellness.co with booking reference.
  • We will acknowledge within 5 business days and evaluate eligibility.
  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Exceptions & Fees
Change-of-mind requests beyond the Service Provider’s policy may incur administrative fees up to 10% of booking value .
5. Service-fee deductions: Payment-gateway and processing fees are non-refundable.
6. Digital Products
For any digital content (e-books, online sessions), refunds are granted only if technical issues prevent access and cannot be resolved within 48 hours of purchase.
