We act as an intermediary facilitating reservations with Service Providers. All bookings are subject to the specific cancellation/no-show policies of the Service Provider .

Prices include applicable taxes. Payment is processed via Razorpay (PCI-DSS) . We reserve the right to adjust fees or apply promotional pricing at our discretion.
VI. Cancellation & No-Show
Cancellations must follow the Service Provider’s policy. Non-refundable bookings will be indicated at the time of purchase. No refunds for no-shows unless stipulated by the Service Provider .
VII. Liability & Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for Service Provider conduct or service quality. Maximum liability is limited to the total booking amount paid .
VIII. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to events beyond their control (acts of God, government actions, pandemics). In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered .
